A Wesak Memorial Day

Everyone needs memories, whether they are happy or sad, they are still memories of what we went through and cannot be forgotten. Memories are what made us what we are today, a better person that learnt from these good or bad memories.

There are also times when we want to forget those unpleasant memories and put them all behind us. But at certain point in our life, these memories will come back to haunt us if we do no face them.

I had my share of good and bad memories. Mostly childhood memories are beautiful ones and should remain that way for all children in the world. Unfortunately, today we see lots of suffering of these young innocent children and it saddens me as a parent or any other parent in the world.

Let us all take a moment to pray for all those whom perished in China and Myanmar, and give strength to those who survived!
