ZIME – Zen of Interconnected ME

The Butoh Highlight 3 were performed by the multi-talented Simona Orinska of Latvia,
Skaidra Jancaite of Lithuania and accompanied by Modris Tenisons of Latvia.

Zimes is the Latvian word for ‘’sign’; sign that are made out of colorful graphical patterns generated
by computer encryptions of texts, pictures or sounds.

This is a performance with a combination of Zimes and Zen which includes an understanding of butoh.

It is a beautiful performance that mesmerizes the audience leaving them captivated
with the quiet and yet powerful characters of the performers.

A beautiful performance indeed!

Magical Musicals at Sunway Lagoon

It is a magical musical show indeed as the talented cast from the West End Productions
delighted its audience at the Sunway Lagoon Amphitheater on Friday night!
The day has been rather exhaustively hot and the thought of a musical show is simply too enticing to miss.
As I strolled casually towards the ‘Elephant Walk’ entrance; it was a sight to behold
as I stood to enjoy the beauty of the Lagoon in this dark night.
Thus, I missed the grand and fiery opening but nevertheless I enjoyed the show immensely.

The stage is a huge Broadway set-up of Times Square and the Apollo Theater
which were mesmerizing indeed.
The Dream Girls
The Dream Girls made their appearance in all its grand camaraderie
which immediately brings you back in time.
As the story of love, friendship and glory unfolds in every stage of song and dance performances.
The Love Proposal

It is definitely an amazing performance as the singers vowed the audience with songs from
DreamGirls, Queens, Abba and performed theme songs
from movies like Mamma Mia, Mulan, Glee and many more.
Mamma Mia Performances
It is truly an entertaining night for me as I thoroughly enjoyed the show;
of course this sentiment was shared by all the audiences in the theater.
Many were seen swaying to the music and joined in a sing-a-long at the finale.
The show is still on till 17 July 2011, so catch it at the Sunway Lagoon.
